Attracting talented employees and experienced engineers is becoming more and more difficult due to the increasing shortage of skilled workers. From a global perspective, we are locked in a fierce recruiting competition for efficient management and skilled workers.
We have developed a long-term concept to establish strong employer brand recognition based on market-specific and local conditions in order to position ourselves as an attractive employer. For this reason, we invest in international and cross-media recruiting tactics. The competition for skilled workers in scientific, technical and engineering fields is just as fierce. This is why we promote these fields and our company to young people as early as possible. As part of targeted partnerships such as the project "come with ME!", which was started by metal and electrical employers in Bavaria, or a career exploration morning, our qualified personnel regularly visit schools, colleges and universities and research institutes in the Munich and Näfels, Switzerland regions in an effort to promote our vocational training programs and dual courses of study. These events include guest lectures, one-on-one interviews, application training and speed interviews. We are also a fixture at various job fairs such as Erding, IKOM, IKOR and numerous informational career days.
